“Harvesting a Pendolino”

Here’s our hand harvesting of a Pendolino olive tree variety during the harvest weekend of 5th to 8th July, 2008.

Cold but clothed and accoutred for the occasion, Susan, Michael & Colin show the style and care of the hand harvest. Resulting in olive fruit undamaged and intact prior to the processing.
