The icon of black table olives, the Kalamata variety from Greece, produces the distinctly shaped and tasting olive we all know and love.

In our small olive grove we have enough Kalamata olive trees for a limited yield of fruit for a hand made table olive produced by our slow natural brine fermentation maintaining texture and strong olive flavour.

We also process limited quantities of Coratina, Minerva & Leccino varieties in this same Kalamata style.
